在这里,我给大家科普一下运动的一些好处吧!首先,定期运动能够强健一个人的骨骼和肌肉,让你的身体更加健壮。此外,它也能改善一个人的呼吸系统、血管系统和整体的身体状况。定期运动还能加强个人免疫力,避免我们轻易被细菌感染或生病,同时也能减低患上疾病的风险。

This should be one of the most common reasons for people to engage in regular physical activities. First off, I’m pretty sure that most of you know that physical activity is good for our health! Here are some of the advantages that it has towards our body.

1.      Regular physical activity improves one’s bones and muscles, making us stronger.

2.      It improves respiratory, cardiovascular health.

3.      It improves immunity towards diseases and bacteria.

4.      It reduces risks of chronic health diseases (like diabetes, heart disease etc).

5.      It improves overall health!

这点应该是大家比较关注的吧?毕竟,有个健康的身材与体重是我们大家的愿望。大家要注意的是,要保持健康体重,不仅仅是要避免过度肥胖,也要防止自己过度消瘦哦!我们接下来就一起来深入探讨这个课题吧!

其实,能够保持健康的体重有许多好处,但我认为其中最大的好处便是它能够让一个人自信起来。我相信,我们都应该很注重自己的外表吧!当你拥有个健康的体重时,身形自然也会更富有“健康美”。看上去健美,有了良好的身材,买合身的穿着就容易许多,出门在外也会觉得自己更好看,从而变得更自信。

那么关于过度肥胖这个问题,我也顺便跟大家分享一些知识吧!根据医学,导致过度肥胖的主要因素是太多的脂肪累积。当这些脂肪在血管里的墙壁慢慢积累起来,它会导致身体变大和变得更重(也就是变肥的意思)。

简单来说,过度肥胖是个隐形的危机。它会提高一个人拥有心脏病、糖尿病等的风险哦。所以在这里奉劝大家,要少吃多运动,降低这些疾病的风险!

当然,太过瘦也不是件好事!它有可能会导致身体营养不足,从而降低身体的免疫力等。这也是有可能提高一些疾病或感染细菌的风险。所以大家也不能太过执着于减肥,将自己搞得骨瘦如柴。你们可以到网上查一查与自己身高、年龄相仿的体重。这便是属于你们的“健康体重”,不妨试试以它为标准。

I’m sure that this is one point that most people are concerned about, since having a healthy weight means a better body figure which is what we all want! Just to be clear, a healthy weight means not being overly obese, and not being overly skinny. I will explain more clearly in a bit so do read on!

There are multiple advantages to having a healthy weight, but the biggest one that I feel personally would be that it can help one become more confident! I believe that a lot of us are very concerned about our appearances! When you have a healthy weight, you would naturally have a decent looking body, which means better clothes and more confidence!

Earlier I mentioned being overly obsese. Here, let me share some information about it! Medically, being overly obese means having too many fats build up along the walls of your arteries. This eventually causes one to become fatter as these fats accumulate and causes the body to expand and become heavier.

Simply put, being overly obese is hidden danger as it increases one’s risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes. Hence, do exercise more and eat less to stay healthy!

Of course, being too skinny isn’t good either. It can lead to malnutrition, causing a weaker immune system and therefore increasing the risk of being transmitted diseases. Hence, it is important to maintain a healthy weight in between! There are charts online which show what is the recommended weight for one according to their age and height. Do take a look to find out your recommended weight!

大家其实可以参加全国健步大挑战来增加自己的运动量,同时为自己赢得一些奖励。全国健步大挑战是由保健促进局推出的一个项目,目的是为了鼓励国民多运动。那要怎么参加这项挑战呢?只要拥有一部手机和HPB的运动手环,大家就能够参与这项挑战啦!大家只需要下载最新版本的Healthy 365应用程序,然后创建自己的账号,再预定一个时间去领取自己的HPB运动手环。之后,将手环与Healthy 365应用程序配对即可参加挑战。在累计步数之后,大家可以用步数来换取健康积分,而这些健康积分则可以用来兑换电子礼券。也就是说,大家的步数越多,就可以兑换更多的电子礼券,所获取的奖励也是更高。所以大家还在等什么呢?赶紧走起来吧!

除了通过全国健步大挑战来增加自己的运动量,大家也可以选择去健身房运动。健身房有许多不同的器材,也有教练指导。所以,如果你是刚开始培养运动的习惯,健身房是一个很好的选择。你可以先尝试强度较低的仪器,比如自行车机。随后,当你觉得体能增强了,你就可以尝试像跑步机和举重机这样的高强度仪器。除此之外,你也可以找教练来为你定制专属你的健身计划。假如你觉得一个人运动很无聊,你也可以找你的朋友一起运动。这样你们不但可以运动,还可以培养感情,一举两得。

Hence, if you are just starting to exercise, the gym is a good choice. For starters, you can try the easier equipment. As you improve along the way, you can move on to harder equipment. You can even approach the professional trainers to help custom fit you with a gym plan. If you get bored, you can also choose to go with your friends. Overall, going to the gym is a good way to get more physical activity.
